Dolf, an EAL learner, has chosen to work in The Artellier to construct a model.

With precision and over several minutes, he constructs a model responding to a stimulus about fresh fruit. When questioned by the practitioner, he describes his strawberry juicing factory which processes fruit and outputs it to plastic boxes. The model is valued by the practitioner and displayed.
