Creating Number Stories as a Solution Strategy in Math(s)

Children practise explaining solution strategies to an addition number story.

They use IT, a tablet capturing their written calculation and voice explanation. The product is uploaded for analysis and to form part of a personal learning plan. The children attend a school in Mexico and are in first grade. They are supported by a teacher with IT as well as Math(s) specialism.
