Choosing Resources

The teacher gives the class resources for the smoke-alarm task.

She provides a basket of (identical) resources for each table; around the room are additional 'equipment stations'. She discusses items in the basket (pointing out that some are irrelevant), and emphasises that the children must choose which to use. They discuss choice.
